Toymakers

Toymakers have made toys for special needs children since 1936.
Some of the outlets for our toys are: OSU Medical Center; The James Cancer Hospital; Dahlberg Learning Center (Association for Developmentally Disabled); Early Childhood Learning Center (Frankln County Board of Developmental Disabilites), and Nationwide Children's Hospital.
Our toys can go through MRIs or CT scans with the children. Making toys involves many stages and involves many skill levels. We cut, sew, stuff, paint faces, tie bows... as you can see, there's a job for you!
We meet the 1st Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Grandview Heights Public Library Meeting Room, 1685 W. First Avenue. We meet October through June, but take January off. We bring our lunch; coffee and tea is provided. Parking is plentiful and free, and we take turns providing refreshments and setting up.
