International Dining 2011-2012
International Dining is a showcase for cuisines of different countries and different cultures.
$5.oo per year provides you with a passport to exotic adventures which begin at 7:00 P.M. each month from October through May. Your visa will be a full set of menus and recipes sent by email from co-chairmen Ruth Anderson, Renee Shetlar or Sally Willson. On these pages, you will receive your instruction as to which dish you will be responsible for and the recipe you are to follow. For the large group dinners in October and again in May, you will take your dish to the destination where you will be able to meet all the other travelers. For the rest of the year, your menu/recipe bundle will also indicate which host home you have been assigned. Bon voyage and bon appetit!
