Welcome . . .
A warm welcome to present and future members to the University Women’s Club 117th year! We have been busy this summer preparing for our monthly Faculty Club luncheons and programs and I am excited at the stellar line-up of speakers. As you may know, the luncheons take place on the first Monday of the month, October through May except January. I hope you will be able to attend, if not all, at least most of them!
In addition, our Interest Groups would happily welcome you as well with their programs for the year; and, as if that would not be enough, there are volunteer activities that serve very worthy causes. Call Buckeye Bargains, staffed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, to inquire how you can help; call Toymakers, who will be happy to have another pair of hands to help stuff toys; and call the Hospital Service Board for more opportunities to serve.
